Maintenance Service:
your choice of any two basic services. with your choice of add - ons.
*to add an additional basic service over the two included, will incur an additional fee added to your job


Basic Services: Mopping, Vacuuming, Dusting and
Computer keyboard cleaning.


Add - ons
Carpet Cleaning,

you will have, 2 hrs added onto your rate minimum hours, at the add on fee of 10.00, for every hour after that.

Washroom Maintenance Services, will be a flat rate fee added to your, job, however if you are using the flex option, you require a minimum of 3 hours, for the fee to only count as a one time flat fee added to your job, subsequently for every additional Washroom Maintenance Service added that is beneath 3 hours the fee will be added.



Our APPARTMENT, BUILDINGS, AND COMPLEX MAINTENANCE SERVICES plan Includes the Labour Efficiency's, Flex hour Option.

With our Labour Assistance Service, you have two rates available depending on whether your reservation was booked with-in *24 -72 hours in advance, we call this immediate/short-term. Or if your reservation was booked, 1 week to four days in advance, we refer to this booking as advnce.


*If Services are reservedd Immediate/Short-term, there is a flat fee, added to your bill.

Snow Removal

Side Walk
Corner Lot, If your property is a corner lot there is a fee added onto your minimum service hours.

Snow/Ice scraping
If you add Snow/ ice scrapping to your plan, there will be a flat rate fee added to your bill.


Add - ons
Salt and Sanding. Will be added as a flat rate to your bill.
